Reduce inflammation and restore gut health with our Six-Week Autoimmune Shred. Though this plan will lead to weight loss, weight loss is not the primary goal. The intention behind this plan is to reduce inflammation and other symptoms caused by autoimmune disorders. If followed diligently for the entirety of the six weeks, you will inevitably experience weight loss, loss of inches, and reduction of swelling.
All dishes are free from gluten, dairy, soy, and tree nuts
All recipes are prepared with organic ingredients
Organic extra-virgin olive oil and organic coconut oil are the only oils used in the production of these dishes
Alcohol and coffee must be avoided during the full six weeks
45-minutes of daily exercise is suggested for all participants
