In the food and beverage business, there is always going to be a level of excess food that doesn't make it into production before it reaches the end of its lifespan. We seek to reduce that level of excess as much as possible by encouraging weekly family meals for our employees and volunteers, and donating what is not consumed by our team to families and organizations who are in need of support.

All you have to do is select your plan and choose your meals each week. If you would prefer we choose them for you, let us know you'd like to opt-in for "Chef's Choice." How do your weekly meal plans work?
Can I order items in addition to my weekly meal subscription?
If you find that you are needing additional items outside of your weekly subscription allowance, we invite you to place an additional order ala carte to be included with your weekly delivery. Ala carte orders follow the same delivery schedule and will be delivered with your regular Sunday delivery. Take-and-bake items are not included with weekly meal subscriptions.
When are meals delivered?
All meals are delivered on Wednesdays between 2:00pm and 5:00pm. For Wednesday delivery, your order must be placed by 5:00pm the Saturday prior.
Haute Foods operates similar to Grub Hub or Uber Eats, and someone must be present to accept your order at the time of delivery between the above listed hours.
If you cannot be present for your weekly delivery, we encourage you to leave a cooler or arrange for someone else to be present during our current delivery window.
Please note that our delivery drivers will not attempt a second delivery and it is the client's responsibility to ensure their food is immediately stored and refrigerated following your weekly delivery.
Can I place a one-time order?
When you sign up for a weekly meal plan, please note you are signing up for weekly deliveries and charges. If you want a one-time delivery, we invite you to place an order using our ala carte menu. Please note our ala carte deliveries require a minimum order of $55.00 per order.
Does Haute Foods offer a "Chef's Choice" option for weekly meal subscriptions?
Yes! If you would prefer that we take the lead on your weekly meals, reach out to us. Let us know your preferences and your goals, and we are happy to select your meals for you each week.
Why would I chose to enroll in a weekly meal subscription?
We craft the recipes. We deal with the checkouts. We take care of the cooking. And finally, we see to the clean up. The average individual non-fast food buyer spends an average of 54 minutes a day preparing meals. Tally that up and you’ll find you’re spending over six hours per week preparing food.
What is the best way to reheat meals?
We always suggested reheating both gourmet meals and macro meals on the stove top. Please keep in mind, some toppings, dressings and garnishes are not intended to be heated. Be mindful of these and be sure to set these aside prior to reheating.
How do I cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions can be managed via the "My Account" page. Please know all subscriptions are recurring payments and will continue until you have cancelled it from the My Account page, or expressedly requested your subscription to be cancelled via phone call or email.
What happens if I forget to place an order?
For our weekly subscribers, it is important that you remember to place your order each week prior to our 5:00pm deadline each Saturday.
