In the food industry, there is always going to be a level of excess food that doesn't make it into production before it reaches the end of its lifespan. We seek to reduce that level of excess as much as possible by encouraging weekly family meals for our employees and volunteers, and donating what is not consumed by our team to families and organizations who are in need of support.




Tell us about your meal delivery concept. How does it work?

We take the planning and preparation out of your weekly meal planning. No more grocery shopping, hours spent scrolling through Pinterest recipes, or the dreaded kitchen clean-up after a long day already spent working. All you have to do is select your plan and choose your meals each week. If you would prefer we choose them for you, let us know you'd like to opt-in for chef's choice via email, and we will take care of the rest.

How do your weekly meal subscriptions work?

Once you have signed up for your weekly meal subscription, all you need to do is head over to to the website, choose your meals, and place your order before Friday at 12:00pm using your promo code. So long as you are enrolled in our weekly meal plan, you will be able to use this code to place your weekly order.

Can I order items in addition to my weekly meal subscription?

If you find that you are needing additional items outside of your weekly subscription allowance, we invite you to place an additional order ala carte to be included with your weekly delivery. Ala carte orders follow the same delivery schedule and will be delivered with your regular Sunday delivery. Take-and-bake and family-sized items are not included with weekly, single-serving meal subscriptions.

When are meals delivered?

All meals are delivered on Mondays between 11:00am and 1:00pm. For Monday delivery, your order must be placed by 12:00pm the Friday prior.

Haute Foods operates similar to Grub Hub or Uber Eats, and someone must be present to accept your order at the time of delivery between the above listed hours.

If you cannot be present for your weekly delivery, we encourage you to leave a cooler or arrange for someone else to be present during our current delivery window.

Please note that our delivery drivers will not attempt a second delivery and it is the client's responsibility to ensure their food is immediately stored and refrigerated following your weekly delivery.

Can I place a one-time order?

When you sign up for a weekly meal plan, please note you are signing up for weekly deliveries and charges. If you want a one-time delivery, we invite you to place an order using our ala carte menu. Please note our ala carte deliveries require a minimum order of $55.00 per order.

Does Haute Foods offer a "Chef's Choice" option for weekly meal subscriptions?

Yes! If you would prefer that we take the lead on your weekly meals, reach out to us. Let us know your preferences and your goals, and we are happy to select your meals for you each week.

Why would I chose to enroll in a weekly meal subscription?

We craft the recipes. We take care of the cooking. And lastly, we see to the clean up. The average individual non-fast food buyer spends an average of 54 minutes a day preparing meals. Tally that up and you’ll find you’re spending over six hours per week preparing food. Whatever it is you have been wanting to do more of, whether that is weekly yoga sessions, spending more time with your friends, quality time with your family, or dedicating more time to self-care and relaxation. We are here to support you in doing just that.

What is the best way to reheat meals?

We always suggested reheating both gourmet meals and macro meals on the stove top. Please keep in mind, some toppings, dressings and garnishes are not intended to be heated. Be mindful of these and be sure to set these aside prior to reheating. Any take-and-bake item purchased through our website will include baking instructions on that specific item's product page. Reheating in the microwave requires meals to be transferred to personal serve-ware of your choosing, as heating for too long may melt our current packaging.

How do I cancel my subscription?

All subscriptions can be managed via the "My Account" page. Please know all subscriptions are recurring payments and will continue until you have cancelled it from the My Account page, or expressedly requested your subscription to be cancelled via phone call or email. 48-hours notice is required for all cancellations. Any cancellation within that time frame will remain as a credit on your account for use within 14-days of your canceled delivery.

What happens if I forget to place an order?

Any missed orders may be added on to following week's deliveries, or gifted to a person of your choosing. Any arrangements for missed orders must be made within 14-days following the order in question.

What is Crave Delivery and how does it work?

For those of you seeking instant gratification, we are a full-service restaurant Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 8:30pm. Simply download the Crave Delivery app, select your meals and desired delivery time, and one of our mobile servers will deliver your order hot, fresh and ready to eat, directly from our kitchen.

After signing up for a subscription, you will receive a welcome email detailing your next steps. It is important to know signing up for a subscription is not the last step in the process. Be sure to return to the website each week before our weekly deadline to select your meals and place your weekly order using the promo code included with your welcome email. If you prefer a more hands off approach, let us know your preferences and opt-in for Chef's Choice based on those preferences, and our team will take care of the rest.
